As a clinical herbalist, I offer education about use of herbal medicine, including workshops, private consultations and custom herbal formulation.

I began studying traditional herbal medicine in the Western tradition since 2008, and have studied with with professional clinicians, folk herbalists, medicine makers and herb farmers.  I’m a graduate of the Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine and the three-year clinical herbalist program at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism, and a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild.

My training has included herbal medicine making, nutrition, pharmacology, herb-drug interactions, pathophysiology, and traditional systems of assessment, as well as a year-long clinical internship, working one-on-one with a range of clients to support their individual health goals.

In addition to my private clinical work, I’m also a consulting clinical herbalist and quality affairs manager for Heron Botanicals, and a runner, aspiring cellist, and dog lover.

I am continually inspired by my clients, and honored to join each of you on your personal journey.
